Two lofts, 47m2 each, with living room, kitchen, dining room, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. With 1 double bed (150cm) and a sofa bed (140cm). We can also add another single folding bed of 90cm and a cot on request.

It has a viewpoint and a balcony overlooking Calle Rioja, one of the most charming streets in Vitoria.
The views are great, there are 2 terraces right in front and you can see the whole of Rioja street, very lively during the day but very quiet at night. On the balcony you will find 2 comfortable chairs, it is a perfect space to enjoy the view or read quietly.
BAMBU
The floors are made of parquet and rustic tiles. One of the walls of the flat has 3 very large windows that give a lot of light to the flat.
The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The bed has a canopy that gives it a very cosy feel.
It is a very quiet flat, overlooking a large courtyard with morning sun.

We have been careful with the decoration to achieve the warm atmosphere that we always look for in a charming accommodation. Wallpapers, fabrics, duvets and new and designer furniture have helped us to create a modern and unique atmosphere.
The 2 accommodations are of the same size, 47 m2. The apartments are tourist homes and are located door to door on the same floor.
They do not have a garage but there is a free parking area 5 minutes walk from the flats which is highly recommended. There is also a paying garage 3 minutes walk away.
The location of the two tourist apartments is perfect for getting to know Vitoria Gasteiz, right in the centre, on Calle Rioja. Very lively during the day and quiet at night.
Just a stone’s throw away from all the tourist attractions and the most renowned restaurants and pintxo bars.
Accommodation in Vitorialocated 10 minutes walk from the Hospital Santiago and the Clínica La Esperanza. And 5 minutes from the university campus.
Very close to the exit road to La Rioja, ideal for excursions and getting to know the world of wine.
For those who prefer to enjoy the gastronomy in the flats, we are 100 metres from several supermarkets such as Eroski and El Corte Inglés, although in the same Rioja street you will find several shops selling fruit, vegetables, pastries and delicatessen.
In addition, there is updated information about Vitoria in the flats but if it is necessary to extend it, the information and tourism office, in Plaza de España, is just a step away from the Ondoloin apartments.

Parking
You can park in or around Rioja street but paying at the parking meters. To avoid having to pay every hour and a half, the best thing to do is to park for 15 minutes in the same street as the apartment (press the yellow button and then the green one on the parking meter and you will get a free ticket to park for 15 minutes) or in one of the surrounding streets, bring your luggage up, and at the flat I will tell you where to park for free.
I will explain you how to get to the free parking area 5 minutes walk from the flats. There are also 3 paying car parks within 200 metres of the apartments, costing between 12 and 19 euros/day.
The nearest car park is called Parking Dendaraba, just 3 minutes walk away. And the most economical is the Parking Iradier Arena. It is a 5 minute walk and costs 12 euros/day.
